Walking into the Hampton by Hilton hotel room to the ladies getting ready was like walking in to see a group of girlfriends, everyone was so relaxed, making jokes and telling stories. Kaitlyn with Top notch makeup artistry was working her magic as wedding tunes played in the background.

I love when the bride and groom choose to get ready at close proximities such as the same hotel or close air bnb's that I can travel between the two, it's easy enough to get a second shooter to capture the event, but one of my favourite things is walking into the space and feeling the energy of the room, of the people. It really is a cool introduction and starts the day of with getting to know the people I will be spending the whole day with.
